In the morning we visited the Pope John Paul 2 statute. We were lucky to get in as they are working at the moment to prepare all main tourist attractions for the up and coming popes visit. Both groups have been unable to visit the Cristo Rei in Dili because of this.

After a long day of travel, we are all excited to finally be in Timor. SIM cards were collected from Timor Plaza (it took forever!) then we travelled by troupes to the orphanage.
