Vivi - How to install

Vivi video streaming and screen mirroring boxes are used in various spaces and rooms at TWC. These boxes enable teachers and students to screen cast to connected televisions and projectors.
Below are the download links for the software for various devices. Click on the name to download the software.
Installing the ViVi App
1. Double click the downloaded installer for it to run.
Note - If using the Windows installer you will receive a "Windows protected your PC" box. Click More info and Run Anyway
2. Vivi Setup will now open. Click Next.
3. On the following screen, click Next
4. Click Install
5. Click Finish to end the installation.
*Make sure the launch ViVi box is ticked, to follow through the next steps.
Once the software has finished installing, you will be presented with Are you looking for this organisaton? Select Tenison Woods College and click on the Log In option.
Logging into the ViVi App
1. Click Log In
2. Sign in with your school username and password
For example: s123456@tenison.catholic.edu.au
You are now logged into the ViVi software. ViVi should appear similar to the below image.
*Please note - If when casting through an HP laptop the audio comes from the laptop and the television simultaneously, this requires an audio driver change. Please see TWC ICT Department*
