Both students and staff can share their device screen, a specific file, or a whiteboard with others in a meeting.

Select the 'share' button on the toolbar to open the shared screen selection.
Choose a window or program to share with the meeting. Select 'browse' to share a file.

If you need the audio from your computer to also be played to participants, you will need to check the box for 'include system audio'.

To stop sharing, select the button the 'Stop presenting'.

Sharing a whiteboard

Select the whiteboard option to collaborate with others in the meeting.

You can also improve whiteboard performance by installing the whiteboard app, which is available for Windows 10 and IOS (iPad/iPhone) devices.

Select the 'Open in app' button (found top-right) to improve whiteboard performance.
