Teams - Schedule and Record a meeting


Outlook has the ability to schedule and automatically record Teams meetings through its Calendar.

This method allows you to also add external recipients, such as parent or tutor email addresses.
An invite link will then be sent to all attendees.


1. Open Outlook on your device and navigate to Calendar in the bottom left.


2. Schedule the meeting and fill out the required fields. Select the “Meeting options” button shown in the image.


3. Open the setting menu and toggle the “Record Automatically” button.
