Printing - Transferring and Printing between school and home

** As of 2019, FOLDR has become the recommended method for students to transfer files between home/BYOD and school. Printing from BYOD is possible using the 'BYOD printing' icon on the Portal@TWC page **

With XenDesktop you can print to a school printer from home, but sometimes you may want to print to your home printer.
*Please note* XenDesktop makes a ‘best effort’ using generic drivers as there are so many variances in printer model.
Another option is to transfer the file/s to your home computer for printing and there are multiple ways to do this:
Transferring the document via Xen,
saving to your Office365/another cloud storage service
emailing to yourself
The file/s will then be available for printing once copied to your home computer.
