Year 8 Experiment Extravaganza for Year 4 Buddies

Mrs Sims’ Year 8 students planned an experiment extravaganza for their buddies in Miss Lockwood’s Year 4 class in Week 10.
Lemon volcanoes, elephant toothpaste, lava lamps, exploding balloons and water tornadoes were just some of the amazing experiments the Year 8s demonstrated for the Year 4s.
This hands-on learning experience taught students about chemical reactions, and everyone absolutely loved it! It definitely inspired our younger learners and gave them a glimpse of what they can look forward to in Middle and Senior School.
