Last week, we held our annual Charity Day, ahead of the departure of the students attending the Timor-Leste Immersion this year. Our Year 12 students provided buddy activities throughout the day, with fun activities including pin the nose on the teacher, petting zoo, rock decorating, soccer and face painting just to name a few. At lunchtime the students swarmed to our student-run, 'Reduce, Re-Use, Relove' Timor-inspired market stalls, selling a variety of different items, as well as a student-run BBQ, with all money raised going to Timor-Leste communities. Our College smashed the $5,000 fundraising goal, raising $7,590.65.
