In the holidays, Year 12 student Tilly Salmon attended the Virginia International Tattoo, in Norfolk Virginia. The Virginia International Tattoo is an annual Military show for the Army and Navy Marine Corps, welcoming a diverse range of performers from around the world, including military bands, drill teams, dancers, choirs, and more. It's a large-scale event with over 800 performers, making it the largest tattoo in the United States. The event is a celebration of patriotism and international goodwill. The process involved her applying last year and being selected among a team of 30 from Australia and New Zealand. She was required for four 10 hour rehearsal days before performing 6 shows. What an incredible thing to be apart of and we congratulate you Tilly!
