During the holidays, the ELCC children got up to a range of fun activities. They were visited by local illustrator Bianca Richardson, which coincided with World Book and Pyjama Day. Bianca read her book Honey Possum’s Bush Café, before joining the classes to make clay animals. The children were lucky to visit the Blue Lake Gymnastics Club, in which they participated in exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry and endurance with enthusiasm and big smiles. Kennett Builders also came in to talk to the children and donated new high vis safety vests along with hard hats. The students had a ball of fun!
