Project Recology Gifts for Mother's Day

11.05.22

During Term 1 and 2, Project Recology has teamed up with the Year 5 classes to learn about waste, recycling and what we can achieve within the College. Students decided to make fridge magnets for Mother’s Day from recycled material, which they sorted, shredded and pressed into a large sheet.

It was great to see the student’s perceptions of waste change when they could see the beautiful items that they could easily make out of it! Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in our community from the Project Recology Team!
