Look Hue's Talking

14.03.24

Students in Year 8 have started making their own water colour paint today. Using items that can be found in the home, we mixed a binder and then crushed recycled pigments. We ground the pigment and binder together and then poured it into pots, creating custom paint sets. Next week we will be making brushes and testing our art materials.

Callout: if you have any expired powdered makeup, chalk, etc. we would love to take your donations for future paint making.
