Parents are always eager to keep up to date with what is happening in their child’s life at the College. We support this extensively through the use of the College calendar, featuring daily information on events across the College.

The College calendar is planned in the previous academic year, however, each year events are frequently updated, therefore it is beneficial to refer to the calendar on a frequent basis.

The Tenison Woods College calendar can be accessed in three locations:

College website

From the home page, hover on the 'Newsroom' button at the top of the screen and in the drop down menu select 'Calendar'.

PAM (Parent Access Module)

Each family has been provided with a unique ‘PAM’ login at the time of enrolment, which includes a username and password. For existing families, the login details will roll over each year. By logging into PAM via any web browser, families can access the calendar. This College calendar is located on the right hand side of the main page and lists the events within the College community in a day-by-day format.

SkoolBag

The calendar can be accessed on the College communication app, ‘SkoolBag’. It can then be downloaded as an app on any mobile device. To access the calendar on SkoolBag, open the app and select ‘events’. This will open the College calendar, where the events are listed on a daily basis.

If you have specific questions or queries about the Tenison Woods College calendar, you can log a support ticket with the College’s ICT department. Support tickets can be logged through email or using the Portal.
