Tip of the Week from the Deputy Principal

19.02.19

The Tip of the Week this week will focus on updating parent contact email addresses in PAM. Each family receives a unique PAM login at the time of enrolment, which includes a username and password. For existing families, the login details will roll over each year.

Every family has access to a PAM account, which can be opened from the Tenison Woods College Website, or alternatively it can be opened in the SkoolBag app.

Each year or when email addresses change, parents are invited to update their contact email in PAM, which will assist in providing quick correspondence from the teacher/s of your child. Once established, each PAM account is owned by the parents/families and therefore only parents/families are able to update contact email addresses in PAM. Please note, the College cannot update contact email addresses details in PAM.

To update email details families are invited to log into PAM. Click on the top right-hand corner to access “My Settings”. Families will be prompted to either enter an email address or verify an email address. Please follow the prompts to complete either of these actions to ensure the current email address is valid and correct.
