Hospitality Students Festive Treats

The Academy of Hospitality Year 9 and 10 Students have been busy this term investigating food trends and creating many delights which have come together to create these wonderful gift hampers!
Bliss Balls, Short-breads, Candied Nuts, Rocky Road, Biscotti, Fruit mince and more.
The students look forward to turning this into a business for next year, and possibly offering the boxes for sale.
