Year 7 Students return from Canberra Camp

14.11.18

Last week saw the Year 7 students embark on a week long camp to Canberra with St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School and Mary MacKillop Memorial School.

Students immersed themselves in the nations capital, learning about democracy and our Government and witnessing the impact war has had on Australia as a nation.

Highlights of the trip included attending the Remembrance Day Ceremony, New Parliament House and the Australian War Memorial to name a few.

A big thank you to the parents who attended the camp as supervisors and our three wonderful bus drivers for getting us to Canberra and back safely.
