Vinnies Badge Day

31.10.18

Last Friday students and staff from all 3 sub-schools volunteered to collect money for the annual Vinnies Badge Day. With their big smiles and positive greetings, they raised approximately $760 for people in need in our community.

Each day Vinnies has thousands of people approach them for help and the efforts of our school community through supporting events such as the badge day and through opening the Vinnies Shop on Crouch Street on Saturday mornings really does make a difference.

The next opportunity for students to support the important work of Vinnies will be at the Mt Gambier Library Market on Sunday November 11. Help is needed to sell books and other items from a stall on this day. Please let Chris Lloyd know if your family can assist with this.
