Brass Ensemble Involvement – Tune in TODAY!

11.09.18

The Tenison Woods College Brass Ensemble entered a comp to be part of the online orchestra and were successful.

The entry was of the classic piece ‘WALTZING MATILDA’. The AMEB have been sifting through all the entries and compiling the successful ones together into a National Online Orchestra. Our sound will be added to this however the surprise will be if part of the video will be included as well. This was going to be unlikely as they were only able to collate a number of groups and individuals into that process however it will be a surprise for everyone involved.

This will be shown live, TODAY (WEDNESDAY 12th SEPTEMBER), at Federation Square in Melbourne 4pm-6pm with other live performance included. For those that cannot be there in person, please click the following link so you can watch the live stream online.

If you see the following student please pass along your congratulations as for many, this will be a once in a life time opportunity to hear their sound added to an orchestra of this size.
