Youth Led Mass

This Sunday the young people from Tenison Woods College will lead the music and readings at Mass. Please come along and join them for a youth-led Mass at 11am in St Paul’s Church.

 

2018/2019 Parish Sacramental Programme

Last week a note went home to all Year 3 students inviting participation in the 2018/2019 Parish Sacramental Programme. The note explains the process and invites interested parents to attend an Information session on Thursday 16 August 2018.

If your child is in a grade higher than Year 3, but is interested in preparing for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and Eucharist please contact Sandra Quirke to receive the note.

 

Liturgy of the Word for Children

This weekend Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be offered at both masses - Saturday 18 August 6pm and Sunday 19 August 11am. All children are invited to join, especially those who are interested in joining the next Sacramental program.

 

Sacramental Families

Families from the 2017/2018 Sacramental group are reminded that there will be a shared lunch following Mass this Sunday 19 August.

 

Family Mass

The next Family Mass will be held on Sunday 26 August at 11:00am. If your child would like to take part in reading, singing or offertory, please contact Rebecca Higgins at Tenison Woods College or Cisca Teodoro at the Parish Office.

 

Parish Mass:  

Each Thursday of the term (except for Week 1) a Mount Gambier Catholic Community Parish Mass is held and is led by a different class or year level each week.  Mass is held at 9:00am in the College Chapel and all parents, grandparents, friends are welcome to attend.

 

The roster for Term 3 masses is:

  • Thursday 16 August - No Mass
  • Thursday 23 August - Year 6/7 (Liturgy of Word with Holy Communion)
  • Thursday 30 August - Year 8 (Liturgy of Word with Holy Communion)
  • Thursday 6 September - Year 11 (Liturgy of Word with Holy Communion)
  • Thursday 13 September - Year 9
  • Thursday 20 September - Year 5
  • Thursday 27 September - Year 10 (Liturgy of Word with Holy Communion)
