Year 11 Retreat

25.07.18

In Week 10 the Year 11s travel to Halls Gap for their annual retreat. The group was welcomed to Gariwerd country by Peter at the Brambuk Cultural Centre where they watched an animated Dreamtime story telling the origins of the land we now call the Grampians.

Over the course of the 3 days the students participated in large and small group sessions exploring the theme of what it means to be human. The group also made the most of the beautiful weather and spectacular scenery, bush walking, praying outside, sitting around the bonfire, celebrating a liturgy and enjoying one another's company.
