Regional Cross Country

23.05.18

On Friday 18 May, approximately 65 students from Tenison Woods College competed at the Regional Cross Country Championships at Naracoorte. Students were required to run varied distances, from 1.3km to 2.5km, depending on their age.

Some stand out performances on the day included:

•             9 Year Old Boys – Cooper Clayfield (10th place)

•             10 Year Old Girls – Maggie Collins  (6th place)

•             11 Year Old Boys – Jacob Salmon (1st place)

•             12 Year Old Boys – Jonty Collins (3rd place)

We had many other placings in the top 20, with all results still coming through. Many of our students now have the opportunity to continue representing the College in SAPSASA Cross Country in Oakbank on Thursday 7 June.

Congratulations to everyone who competed.
