Student Cricketers Selected in U17 Country Team

Tenison Woods College Year 11 students Adam Kuhl and Emerson Marks along with High Performance Sports Program Year 10 student Connor Prior have recently been selected in the Under 17 Country Black Premier League Cricket team.

They will travel to Adelaide in the first week of the Term 1 school holidays and compete against four state metro teams and another state country team.

Connor is a bottom age player but has been selected as a top order batsman. Emerson has been selected as a spin bowler and middle to low order batsmen while Adam was selected as the strike bowler and a lower order batsman.

The students competed in a 4-day tournament where they then received an invitation to attend two training sessions for selection into the team.
