PAM Tip of the Week

14.03.18

Beginning this week, the Tip of the Week article in the Newsletter will share information with the College community in relation to communication and the daily operations of Tenison Woods College.

This week, the focus will be on the Parent Access module (PAM).

Each family receives a unique PAM login at the time of enrolment, which includes a username and password. For existing families, the login details will roll over each year.

Every family has access to a PAM account which can be opened from the Tenison Woods College Website or by just entering pam.tenison.catholic.edu.au into any web browser, or alternatively it can be opened in the skoolbag app.

PAM enables families to access real time information relating to their child/children at Tenison Woods College. Families are encouraged to log into PAM on a regular basis to access information on their child’s learning, such as assessment tasks, results and feedback, student online reports, timetables and attendance information. Families can also access the College calendar and the daily notices shared with students each school day. Other functionalities include the ability to book parent teacher interviews (when sessions are enabled) and accessing the weekly newsletter.

For more information on PAM, visit our website: http://www.tenison.catholic.edu.au/community/pam

If you have specific questions or queries about PAM, you can log a support ticket with the ICT department on the College website by following the above link and clicking on the button: Log a PAM Support Ticket.

This year, as families log into PAM, there will be a prompt to update and verify email addresses.  We respectfully request families update email addresses to assist in future PAM functionalities.

I look forward to offering some more tips next week!

Liza Couzens | Deputy Principal
