Year 12 Drama Performance

24.05.17

Rehearsals are becoming more intense in the lead up to the Year 12 play, In Absentia which will be performed publically at 7pm, Wednesday 7 June at Wehl St Theatre.

Following the grief of a young family traumatised by the sudden loss of a child, these students take us on a journey back to the 70s when the stigma of Mental Illness was much more prevalent.

Displaying the talents of Sarah Harrap, Christian Akinola, Samuel Beumer, Evangelia Wichmann and Chloe Perryman on stage, these students are supported by Chloe McPhail, Noelle Galli, Ebbony Fitzgerald and Annalise Tiller in their offstage roles.

Resources will be available from local professionals, Headspace and the national initiative of BeyondBlue to take free of charge if you or someone you know is at risk.

Gold coin donation at the door for the play.
