Wellbeing and Resillience Training for Parents

21.02.17

Resilience is the ability to withstand, recover and possibly grow in the face of life’s challenges and misfortunes. This is an attribute we would wish for ourselves and our children.

A five-week training course in wellbeing and resilience skills is being offered at Tenison Woods from 7 March 2017. Come along, learn some new skills, or enhance your existing ones, meet new parents and have some fun.

If you would like more information please email sandj@tenison.catholic.edu.au. What better way to assist your children develop wellbeing and resilience skills than to learn, practise and reinforce them at home. To book early for the course please contact Mary de Nys on 8725 5455.
