Year 10 Reflection Day

Last Thursday, the Year 10 students gathered for their annual reflection day at the Main Corner and Cave Gardens. The focus of the day was “Many Colours, One God” and gave students the opportunity to spend some time reflecting on diversity within the school, local and global communities through a range of different engaging sessions. Students also commemorated the United Nations International Day of Peace through prayer and liturgy at St Paul’s Church. Special thanks to Fr Michael for celebrating the liturgy with us at the end of the day.

St Vincent de Paul Feast Day

On Wednesday after school, College staff celebrated the end of term with a liturgy. As it was the feast of St Vincent de Paul they were joined by members of the Mt Gambier St Vincent de Paul Society and volunteers from the Vinnies shop. Both the College and the Society enjoy the strong working relationship we have and enjoyed the opportunity to pray together and share in afternoon tea after the liturgy.
