Naracoorte Cross Country

24.05.17

On Friday 19 May, approximately 90 students from Tenison Woods College competed at the South East Cross Country Championships at Naracoorte. Students were required to run varied distances, from 1.3km to 2.5km, depending on their age.

Some stand out performances on the day included:

  • 9 year old girls - 4th place: Maggie Collins
  • 10 year old boys - 1st place: Jacob Salmon
  • 11 year old boys – 5th place: Angus Clarke
  • 13 year old girls - 2nd place: Tess Kenseley

We had many other students place in the top 20, with more results still to come in. Many of our students now have the opportunity to continue representing the College in SAPSASA Cross Country in Oakbank on Thursday 1 June. Congratulations to everyone who competed.
