OneDrive - Accessing previous versions of documents


OneDrive saves previous versions of certain documents (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). This is useful, as it allows easy recovery in the case of accidental deletion of work.


The easiest way to view these previous versions is through OneDrive online.


1. Navigate to the TWC Portal Page and select the ‘Office 365’ option


2. If prompted, login with your Office 365 credentials (e.g.


3. Open OneDrive inside of the Office 365 menu


4. Navigate to the required file and right click it OR press the 3 dots and then select the 'Version history' option


You will now be able to select and view different versions saved in the tab on the right-hand side.


Note: if you have dragged your document to OneDrive without it previously being saved there, you may not be able to see previous versions.
