Tremendous Tennis Effort in State Final

18.11.20

Last week, Year 8/9 girls tennis players, Jorja Mitchell, Jess Stutley, Emily Jolley and Aleisha Pearson competed in the Tennis State Finals in Adelaide. The girls finished third behind two schools with highly credentialed tennis programs, Marrayatville High (1st place) and Henley High (2nd place). Across the day the team won one match and lost two with many hard fought games and sets.

The Tenison Woods College girls played outstanding tennis and were exemplary both on and off the court in their tennis etiquette and sportsmanship.
