Coins, Cans and Casuals For a Cause supporting Vinnies and Foodbank

01.07.20

Last Friday, 26 June our Year 12 Faith Leaders, Ruby Moore and Rosie Van Eyk, ably assisted by other Year 12 Leaders, organised a highly successful day, resulting in very enthusiastic participation by all members of our school community. The day began with many students and staff placing a can of food for Vinnies and Foodbank into the tray of a ute representing their House Team. Champagnat was the House with the most cans donated. Meanwhile the College staff were encouraged to be #dressedbyVinnies. A huge thank you to every person who helped make the day successful and donated items. The day was a true example of discipleship; offering loving service to our community.
