As part of the team, the trainee will undertake a wide variety of duties across all departments. These will include: delivery of professional and friendly service to assist customers, assist in resolving customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face including, processing bookings using the business's Reservation Management System, undertake the receipting of payments, assisting visitors to the region with tourism enquiries, serving food and beverages in dining and conference areas, event planning and set up.
A high level of initiative will be required as well as the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
