KITCHEN STAFF

The Royal Oak Hotel, Penola

04.02.19

Kitchen crew required!

The Royal Oak and Soul Projects is growing, so we're on the lookout for enthusiastic people to join our team.

Sous Chef (with industry experience), Apprentice Chef, and Kitchen Hands are on our wish list!

We look after an increasingly busy pub and also provide off-site catering for events of all sizes under the well established Soul Projects banner, so there is real diversity in food.

As much as possible, we champion local produce and build dishes from scratch onsite. This will be an increasingly important aspect of our business, and we're looking forward to developing our supplier relationships as we grow.

If you are interested in finding out more, come in for a yarn or drop Kirby an email at chefkirby@soulprojects.com.au
