The Tenison Titans Basketball Academy can help you achieve your career goals and aspirations.
If you have been selected in a national squad or state representative team, then you have automatically completed the first part of your application into the Titans Basketball Academy.
If you feel you meet the selection requirements, complete the ‘Prospective Student Athlete form’ and Daniel Stratford will be in contact to discuss the next step.
Workout sessions will be negotiated on an individual basis with dates and times to be discussed during the application process.
Tenison Woods College offers a tailored Year 12 and 13 Senior Basketball program. The program will assist each student in maximising their talents while also graduating from high school and achieving their SACE.
The Titans Basketball Academy is a two-year course which captures the ideals of the student athlete. The course covers the study requirements of Year 12, ensuring students complete four subjects and the research project. Extra components of the course are what basketball students in US Colleges are exposed to, such as weight programs, individual sessions, team work out sessions and strategy development.
A major part of the Academy will be the preparation of students for US College exposure. Students will develop a basketball resume and undertake strategies to increase their possibility of being scouted and identified. Students will undertake an exposure tour to the USA where they will play against other Colleges in front of talent scouts and will attend college camps, tournaments and training sessions.
