Sharing documents and folders in OneDrive


The documents and folders you store in OneDrive for Business are private until you decide to share them.
When you share documents and folders, you can allow people to either view or have full access to edit.


Open OneDrive by accessing Office 365


Select the file or folder you want to share


Select Share


On the Invite People tab, type names or email addresses of people you want to share the document or folder with.
The drop down box controls whether they can edit or view your shared folder.
