Just one more sleep until the 2019 Australian Reading Hour

19.09.19

Tomorrow morning, Reception – Year 5 children will participate in the Reading
Hour by devoting the hour from 9:00-10:00am to reading. This year we are extremely fortunate to have prestigious author and Reading Hour
Ambassador, Sally Rippin, join us on campus for the day. Sally is really looking forward to meeting our students, presenting her story and discussing all things reading and writing!  Reception to Year 3 children who have pre-purchased copies of The Australian Reading Hour book, ‘The Book Buddies’ will have the opportunity to have these signed during the afternoon.  Year 4 and 5
students are invited to bring along a Sally Rippin book from home, or can purchase a copy of ‘The Book Buddies’ on the day for $3.00 if they would like.
